And this is why I want this page to appear as a healing garden where you can rest, find resources as you would pick herbs or healing flowers in nature. Healing somatics™
Healing Somatics™ was born out of the desire to help others the way somatic movement practices and tools for increasing awareness has helped me change a stressed mind, body and being into wellbeing and peace of mind. Allowing me to make choices from the right place.
With inner peace we see everything more clearly. The first step is to move from stress towards a more peaceful body and mindset. Somatic movement and techniques allows you enter that deep state of peace that allows healing and recuperation to engage. And that’s when we increase our capacity to deal with stressors. Through 1:1 sessions we can move the mindset and body connection to act from a harmonic centerpoint instead of one where stress decides. Through group sessions we can move together in a safe and caring space with each other.
The way “out” is “in”. Through intentional breath, use of visualizations and movement and focused intent, we can allow healing to occur by becoming curious listeners to ourselves. Sometimes, we stress because we fear the self-talk or can’t find ways to handle it. Therefore, there are several ways to enter into wellness and wellbeing, to allow ourselves to listen without allowing overwhelm to become our way of being .
Enter movement. Enter stillness. We live in the point of action. We act through our knowledge and awareness in the moment. Moving with intent, being able to be still within the present allows our inner self to emerge and creativity comes at play instead of fear. Enter joy:)
